Former OSU golfer Rickie Fowler struggled on the back nine during the third round of the British Open at Royal Troon in Scotland. 

After two rounds of golf out at Royal Troon in Scotland, former OSU golfer Rickie Fowler is currently one under par and is tied for 22nd place.
